Norbert joined CAIRE in September 2024 as Executive Vice President of Global Engineering, bringing his extensive expertise and vision to our team.

Norbert will lead all global product development efforts in his role, guiding innovations from concept to market launch. His responsibilities also include overseeing the CAIRE Program Management Office, a critical hub ensuring the successful execution of development programs with governance, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

Norbert brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in medical device development. He has held key leadership roles at renowned companies, including Siemens Healthineers, Carl Zeiss Medical Technology, Fresenius Medical Care, Element Science, and Inogen.

A physicist by training, Norbert earned his PhD from the Technical University Graz in Austria. His work reflects a dedication to advancing technologies that make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Having joined CAIRE in February 2023, Mario serves as AirSep General Manager and is responsible for the top-line overall growth and market share for the commercial gas generator business. He is a successful sales and marketing leader with 30 years’ experience selling compressed air and gas process equipment across a range of end markets including oil and gas, energy, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and industrial markets.

Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University in Springfield, MA. He is fluent in Spanish, and has served as chairman and co-chair for the Nitrogen Generation Section for the Compressed Air & Gas Institute (CAGI). Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with increasing responsibility including OEM Manager, Marketing Manager, Senior Business Development Manager and National Sales Manager.

Josep joined CAIRE in September 2008 as a field sales representative and has since served as EMEA Sales Director and VP of Global Sales, Respiratory. In February 2025, he was promoted to VP of Global Sales and Marketing, where he now leads the company’s business on a global scale. With over 20 years of sales experience across various healthcare sectors—including psychiatry, cardiology, diabetes, neurology, parenteral feeding, cryopreservation, regenerative medicine, and respiratory care—Josep brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Before joining CAIRE, he held several sales positions at leading pharmaceutical companies, including Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Baxter. Josep earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from UB Barcelona University and a Master of Pharmaceutical Marketing from EADA Business School.

William joined CAIRE in August 2021 and is responsible for the preparation and analysis of all financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing. He leads the company’s FP&A division and is heavily involved with consolidated P&L management, budgeting, and analysis. Prior to CAIRE, William worked in finance at Home Depot with roles in operations, merchandising, and data analytics. Also, he previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington D.C. and has significant experience consulting for private and public clients.

William graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee, and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Finance from Indiana’s Kelley School of Business. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

Carley Huff is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at CAIRE, where she leads the company’s global legal and compliance functions and serves as its Privacy Officer. She acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on risk, governance, and business strategy. She oversees all legal matters across the organization, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, employment, data privacy, and international trade, among other areas.

Prior to CAIRE, Carley held progressive legal and compliance roles within Textron Inc., where she advised multiple business units on complex commercial, regulatory, and international matters. She is known for her practical, business-oriented approach and ability to partner cross-functionally to drive growth while effectively managing risk. Carley holds a J.D. from New England Law Boston and a B.S. in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University, with minors in Project Management and Law Studies. She is licensed in New York and South Carolina.
