Buffalo, NY, August 24, 2022 — The leader in Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology for over 35 years uses its proprietary technology in a variety of applications with a focus on separating oxygen from ambient air under pressure. AirSep’s largest AS Series standard PSA oxygen generation systems are playing a pivotal role in several large scale applications such as mining operations for precious gold, silver and ore, bioremediation, and odor control.

Weighing nearly 20,000 lbs. (9,073 kg) and with a height at 197 inches (500 cm), an AirSep AS-Z PSA Oxygen Generator can supply 5,000 – 5,500 SCFH of oxygen at up to 95 percent oxygen concentration. The unit produces oxygen from an independent compressed air source and is equipped with a Schneider HMI NEMA 4 touchscreen control panel (with integrated oxygen analyzer).

The color touch screen HMI panel will collect operational parameters continuously. Data collected can be extracted using a memory stick and then can be analyzed or trended on a remote computer. HMI screens also can be accessed remotely for operation and monitoring of equipment using Webgate technology.

The operating cost is low because the oxygen is generated on site at less than half the cost of purchased oxygen. The AS-Z oxygen system is easy to install and maintain — several are in use all over the world for large applications such as:
