Three-day training classes, also called Service Schools, are offered at CAIRE’s various global locations throughout the year, and are designed to:
- Make technicians comfortable with how CAIRE products work.
- Show technicians how to identify and resolve equipment problems, and how to keep your equipment in top operating condition.
Upon completion of the seminar, each participant will receive a certificate of completion and a coupon for the provider to use toward the purchase of CAIRE products.
Your team will benefit from the expertise of learning from a CAIRE product manager who knows our products inside and out. Use this training to help craft your selling and resource materials for your clinical referral sources.
In addition to the product manager, work with your sales representative to establish a training program to work with local clinics and hospitals to properly train patients on the use of their oxygen therapy equipment – portable, stationary and liquid systems, etc.
Partnering with CAIRE can provide you with the resources that will prepare your sales force for the important discussions with the clinicians. By providing the clinical team or hospital staff with proper educational materials, the oxygen patient benefits from simple instructions on using their equipment following discharge, ensuring they have adequate knowledge on how they can stay titrated while they adjust to their new post-hospital care responsibilities.
