Where can I place an order for standard spare parts?

What is required to place an order for standard spare parts?
Please provide the model number, serial number, shipping instructions (bill to and ship to), and mode of transportation.
Where can I download parts lists?

Please reach out to the AirSep Service department at CPD@caireinc.com for a parts list with your model number and serial number.

Where can I download a manual?

Please contact our Service department at cpd@caireinc.com to request a manual.

How long does it take to ship a standard part that is in stock?
An email notification from UPS will be sent to you along with tracking details as soon as it ships.
Where can I find a local dealer to service my unit?
Email our Service Department at CPD@caireinc.com and they can direct you to a company closest to your area.
How often should I replace the sieve in my unit?
Molecular sieve and our process is regenerative. If the generator is maintained and operated properly, the sieve will last indefinitely.
How often should I replace the air filter elements in my AS-Series AirSep Oxygen Generator?
To maintain peak performance and protect your investment, it is important to replace the particulate filter element semi-annually and the coalescing filter element annually (or as needed). Contact us at CPD@caireinc.com to place your order today.
Does AirSep offer in-house service training?

Where can I find the serial number?

Watch our video to learn more on where to find your MODEL and SERIAL NUMBER.

The serial number is located on the back of the Onyx Series, Reliant and AS-A, AS-B and AS-D units.
The serial number is located on the side of the Topaz and Centrox units.
The serial number is located on the side of the control panel on units AS-D+ and larger.
On skidded systems there are several. The main one is on the breaker panel. Others will be on each piece of equipment.
